Hard to believe but true: after long years
of work but also of doubt and stagnation the project "The Many
Faces Of Austria" has finally been published as a photo book in
November 2004. The monumental oeuvre contains 1537 black&white
duotone prints and aims to be no less than the portrait of a
population at the turn of the millenium. Nine photographers, of which I
was one have photographed more than 3000 inhabitants in every province
of Austria between 1998 and 2002. The book is being published by
the Christian Brandstätter Verlag and costs 
39,90. |
